BASIC INFORMATION

WILL MY FIRST MONTH BE PRORATED?

Yes! Your first month’s rent will be prorated based on the date you take possession of your home. NOTE: Rent is due on the 1st of each month, regardless of your move-in date.

CAN I HANG ITEMS ON THE WALL?

Inside your home, you have the freedom to decorate by hanging pictures, etc. in accordance with the TAA Lease Contract limitations.  However, in order to receive a refund of your deposit, you must return the home to its original condition, except for reasonable wear and tear as defined in the statue.  If you fail to do so, you will be charged appropriately.  This includes the removal of shelf paper, tub or shower decals, shelf brackets, hooks, towel holders or using paint sealers to cover dark or usual shades of paint. 

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION AT ALTURA? 

Altura is a brand-new community with move-in-ready homes. To meet high demand, the property is opening in phases. This means ongoing construction will occur in areas separate from your home section.

WHAT IS ALREADY IN MY HOME? 

Each home will feature stainless steel appliances(including gas stoves), quartz countertops, a complete smart-home package, spacious bedrooms, large, expansive closets, spacious showers, and so much more!

HOW DO I PAY UTILITIES?

Utilities paid directly to Altura:

  • Trash
  • Pest control
  • Lawn care
  • Community maintenance
  • Smart home package
  • Water (based on usage)

You will pay electricity and gas to CPS Energy, and internet to Centric Fiber.

 

WHAT KIND OF STOVES DO YOU PROVIDE? 

We provide stainless steel gas stoves by GE!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? 

Yes! We love furry neighbors. We do have breed and weight restrictions, so please contact management if you’re unsure whether your pet qualifies.

 

AMENITIES

IS THE POOL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND? 

Yes! Our amenities, including the pool, are open every day of the year.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CLUBHOUSE/FITNESS CENTER? 

TBD. Please contact management for updates.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE THE GRILL AREA AT THE POOL?

No reservation needed! Our grills are available to all residents on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

JETTY DEPOSIT

WHAT IS JETTY? 

Jetty Deposit is an easy, flexible alternative to a traditional cash security deposit. Instead of paying a full deposit upfront, Jetty lets you pay just a fraction of the amount, so you can move in and enjoy your home sooner.

HOW MUCH IS THE JETTY DEPOSIT? 

When you apply, Jetty will collect some basic information (including your SSN) and run a soft credit check that won’t affect your credit score. Based on this, they’ll determine a fixed upfront cost.
